Critiques
Starting on the colors, the dark colors and sepia tones really gives a dark mood to the picture; the grain in the sky works perfectly and makes the scenery to look like an ‘end of the world’ scene.
The characters are at the same time simple but complex, what lacks in details such as mouth or nose is compensated with the strong red eyes, I really feel like they are at the same time pushing me back and pushing me to them, like if they were trying to take me to the dark side, to embrace me with their tentacles. The one I like the most is the second one, it’s really frightening how he seems to look right at me, staring my eyes, seeing all of my fears.
An sum, an awesome picture, really worth of a book cover, the first one seems ready to open the book for me
